This is your invitation to enjoy three unique events in support of the Pinnacle Foundation – a non-profit charitable corporation underwritten by Pinnacle Yachts. Please invite your family, friends and business associates to join you as all are welcome.

Know that 100% of your donation will be given to the small, non-profit beneficiary organizations supported by the Pinnacle Foundation as Pinnacle Yachts pays for all expenses associated with these events.

CHICAGO - MICHIGAN CITY RACE

Please join veteran racer Jim Bano and Pinnacle founder Gary Feracota in this year’s running of the Chicago - Michigan City Race aboard our Jeanneau 45 foot yacht My Way. Flying our huge asymmetrical spinnaker Big Red off a bow sprit, My Way is race equipped and is the same vessel Team Pinnacle campaigns in the renowned Mackinac Island Race (the MAC) each year.

This non-stop 61 mile adventure runs from Chicago with Friday evening start, races through the night to a turning mark at Michigan City, and then races back to the finish line in Chicago.

This course is not for the faint of heart. We hope for the stars and moon but we must be prepared for all Lake Michigan can offer. Race experience is not required. This is not an event for children.

A minimum donation of $500 will secure your crew position for this great racing opportunity. Pinnacle Yachts donates the boat and pays for every expense so that 100% of your donation goes directly to our beneficiary organizations. Each crew member will receive a memento commemorating your participation in his exciting race.

OTHER HALF POWER & SAIL REGATTA

Sailors head-out on powerboats, and powerboaters on sailboats to see what the "other half" is raving about.

Sailors enjoy high speed thrills on the lake followed by the stunning evening views of the city from the Chicago River aboard one of Pinnacle’s luxurious 40 foot or 37 foot Sea Ray power yachts. Powerboaters experience the exhilarating and awesome might of the wind as their magnificent 45 or 42 foot Jeanneau sailing yacht heals and slices through the water in view of fireworks off Navy Pier.

Power yachts depart Burnham Harbor and sailing yachts DuSable Harbor promptly at 6:30 pm, and return at 9:30 pm, on Wednesday, 7/20. Each vessel is under the command of a USCG Master Captain so no experience is necessary. This is an event for adults only please.

Pinnacle Yachts donates the boats and pays for every expense so that 100% of your donation goes directly to our wonderful beneficiary organizations. Minimum donations per person are as follows:

CORPORATE RACE CHALLENGE - "THE PINNACLE CUP"

Aboard a fleet of magnificent Jeanneau 40, 42 and 45 foot sailing yachts, your company team of up six people race offshore in pursuit of the coveted Pinnacle Cup. Team members rotate through the positions of helmsman, mainsail trimmer and jib trimmers under the guidance of a USCG Master Captain, so prior sailing experience is not required.

The event begins at Noon on Friday, 9/16, at the Chicago Yacht Club. Steeped in nautical tradition, the club sets the perfect tenor for the race. Firms meet and eye-up the competition over great food served during a pre-race luncheon at the club. The Fleet then departs and hands-on instruction is provided as team members practice. Yachts converge to the start area and jockey for best position. Adrenaline fills the air as the gun is anticipated.

The race commences and the yachts round marks on six reaching legs. Photos are taken of the yachts and their crews in action. Afterwards the fleet returns to the Chicago Yacht Club for drinks, camaraderie and presentation of the Pinnacle Cup.

Pinnacle Yachts donates the race boats and committee boat, and covers every expense including USCG Captains, staff, trophy cup, yacht club facilities, food and drink so that 100% of your company donation goes to the beneficiary organizations. Minimum company donations per yacht covering up to six people, all-inclusive, are as follows:
