Premier Ownership - Yacht Management Program

With Pinnacle's “Premier Ownership” program, you place your new yacht in the Pinnacle fleet and enjoy total expense-free cruising in the fabulous waterways near your home. Pinnacle pays all of your mortgage, insurance, docking, storage, maintenance and operating expenses for five years!

Participation in this program is in high demand and is limited to just a few yachts each year. Only certain power and sail yachts in the 34 – 45 foot range will be considered. Yachts must be ordered well in advance of the start of the season.

Guaranteed Income That Exceeds Your Mortgage

Pinnacle will provide you with guaranteed monthly income for five years that exceeds your mortgage payment, based on conventional financing, providing you with positive cash flow. This income is generated from Members who use your yacht as part of Pinnacle’s acclaimed shared-yacht program.

Payment of Dockage, Storage, Maintenance & Operating Expenses

Pinnacle will pay for all expenses associated with owning and operating your yacht year round. This includes all dockage, storage, ongoing preventative and emergency maintenance, pump-out, and cleaning charges.

Payment of Insurance Premiums

Pinnacle will cover all of your insurance payments for your personal use of the yacht, and use of the yacht by other Members in the shared-yacht program. Insurance is provided by an A+ rated company.

Tax Advantages

Depending on your financial situation, you may be able to deduct the interest paid on the mortgage by treating your yacht as a business expense or second home. You may also be able to deduct the book depreciation on the yacht. Consult your accountant for details.

Professional Care of Your Yacht

Pinnacle will meticulously maintain your yacht year round. Our exacting maintenance program is carried out by marine professionals who tend to all ongoing, preventative and emergency maintenance tasks. Pinnacle will also clean your yacht each week during the season. Your yacht will be superbly cared for, and in pristine condition each time you board.

Freedom to Use Your Yacht Near Your Home

Most yacht management programs require that you travel to a distant location to use your yacht. Not so with Pinnacle. Your yacht will be based in a prime marina near your home so you can use it often without traveling great distances to do so.
