The Foundation's Mission:

"To assist small organizations that make large differences in the lives of others through the arts, education and community service."

The Foundation is unique in that it seeks to provide funding to small, worthy organizations that otherwise have limited access to capital.

The Foundation maintains a 501(c)3 public charity status, so donations made to the Foundation may be tax deductible.

The Foundation has no religious, political, special interest affiliations or biases.
